Welcome to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) website.  Please read this agreement before accessing or using this site.   By accessing and using the web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by, and comply with, the terms and conditions stated within these Terms of Use.

The State Regulatory Registry LLC reserves the right to change these Terms of Use periodically at its sole discretion.  Your continued use of this web site constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Use stated at the time of use.

Privacy

SRR collects information about the users of its web site.  Collection of this information is governed by the SRR’s Privacy Policy, which may be accessed at: SRR Privacy Policy (LINK)

Registration for REGULATORS ONLY

Registration is necessary to enjoy all the services offered to state mortgage regulators on the NMLS web site.   To login, please click on Regulators tab in the left hand navigation panel. On the Regulators homepage you will see a login button, please click on the button to enter your login credentials.  Only active state mortgage regulators will be able to log in and access portions of the NMLS site.

User Conduct

You are responsible for all use of your account (including login name and password) and e-mail address, if applicable.  You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login name and password. 

You agree that all the information posted or accessed will be used only for your personal and internal business purposes.  You will not make any other unauthorized use of this web site, or any interactive features available on this web site.  You may not engage in any conduct or action that is prohibited by law or violates any country, federal, state of local laws. 

The information and services offered on this web site are provided with the understanding that neither the SRR, nor its strategic partners, members or users are engaged in rendering financial, legal or other professional services or advice.  Any financial or bank system information, news, quotes or other content on the web site is provided for informational purposes only and SRR is not providing you with any investment advice.
